WVU – National Signing Day
First, let me apologize for not writing anything the past few months. I have been holding off until we reached National Signing Day.
I have never seen so many recruits commit, decommit, commit, decommit in my life. I’m sure all the coaches everywhere are glad this day is over.
I was concerned about WVU recruiting for 2015. However, when the day was said and done I was, for the most part, pleased.
I was hoping to see a running back or two in the group. WVU did end up with 23 LOIs signed by the end of the day, including five who are already on campus.
The list of recruits:
- Jacquez Adams ATH 6-0 170
- Jordan Adams CB 6-1 175
- Kyle Bosch OL 6-5 303
- Chris Chugunov QB 6-1 200
- Tyrek Cole CB 5-10 160
- Rasul Douglas DB 6-2 197
- Rob Dowdy OL 6-6 270
- Jovon Durante WR 6-1 180
- Michael Ferns TE/FB 6-3 239
- Larry Jefferson DL 6-5 230
- Gary Jennings WR 6-2 195
- Matt Jones OL 6-3 325
- Deamonte Lindsay S 6-2 190
- David Long LB 6-0 205
- Colton McKivintz OL 6-7 275
- Xavier Peques DE 6 -3 285
- Jah’Shaun Seider OL 6-3 264
- Adam Schuller II OL 6-3 250
- Alec Shiner DL 6-3 280
- David Sills V QB 6-3 180
- Ka’Raun White WR 6-2 200
- Kevin Wiliams S 6-0 185
- Stone Wolfley TE/FB 6-4 240
Overall, this is not a bad class, there are some talented athletes who could start in 2015. What I like about this class is the height of some of the DBs, and WRs, and the size of some of the OL.
Spring Practice should be fun to watch.
GO EERs!!!
